Bring a used or new musical instrument to any Sheldon concert during the month of April, or bring it by during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and help us "keep the music playing" by providing instruments to St. Louis area schools serving disadvantaged students. Over the past ten years, MFLA has distributed more than 800 instruments to St. Louis City and County school districts and a variety of community music programs. Click here to learn more!
The annual Starbucks/Music for Lifelong Achievement Instrument Drive brought in over 45 instruments this fall. From September 30-October 27, area Starbucks stores served as collection points for used instruments, which will be refurbished and donated to local school and community music programs. Everything from guitars and other stringed instruments, to trumpets and full drum sets, were donated during the drive. The St. Charles store at 5th Street & Boonslick and the Webster Groves Old Orchard store tied for collecting the most instruments this year. Thank you to everyone who donated!
Contribute a musical instrument or much-needed funds for instrument repair and necessary accessories.
